Casale degli Olmi farmhouse is situated in Umbertide, a panoramic location on the Upper Valley of the Tiber near Perugia and Tuscany; it is typical of the Umbrian countryside. Your holiday will be enhanced by our welcoming hospitality.
The house is divided into five comfortable flats, one of which is adapted for disabled access. Each flat is tastefully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV (free channels), broadband internet connection and central heating.
Two public rooms on the ground floor, with a computer with broadband internet connection, and a reserved play area for children, are available to all our guests.
Outside you will find a beautiful garden with seats, a barbecue, a children’s playground and a chlorine-free swimming pool for adults and children.
Pets are also welcome.
There are many interesting places nearby which can be reached on foot or by mountain bike and just a few hundred metres away, the Tiber is a recognised international fishing competition site; there is also a slipway for kayaking.
