Low season: all the remaining
periods (minimum stay: two nights).
The prices include:
water, electricity, gas, heating, bed, bathroom and kitchen linen with
weekly change, final cleaning.
Free-of-charge services:
- ADSL connection and satellite TV in every
flat
- child-bed for children up to 3 years of age
- iron and ironing board
- computer in the common room
- swimming pool without chlorine
- barbecue
- mountain bikes
Extra:
- B&B: 5,00 adults;
3,00 kids under 8 years
- Half Board (HB):
25,00 adults; for kids payment for what they eat or kid's men๙

Payments: 30% when booking, the
rest upon arrival

CANCELLATION
POLICY
1- All cancellation must be
received in writing, by e-mail or fax.
2- If the holiday is cancelled
within 7 days from the due date, the
deposit will be kept by Casale degli Olmi, which will give you the
opportunity to use it against a future stay of the same lenght to be
spent in the Agriturismo in the following 6 months from the holiday
cancelled, previous availability.
3- For any cancellation within 6
days
from the due date , you will be required to pay in full for the holiday
period booked.
4- Shortening your stay , or a
no-show, will still require a full
payment of the holiday booked.
