Farmhouse in Umbria with pool

In our farmhouse you will find a splendid panoramic swimming pool overlooking Umbria Country of the Upper Tiber Valley.

The pool is purified with salt water and it's chlorine-free. The concentration of salt is much lower than that of the sea and comparable to that of a tear but with the guarantee of high hygienic safety, elimination of any redness in the eyes, irritation of the delicate skin or whitening of the tan and costumes.

Shallow children's pool

One area of the swimming pool has shallow water only 60 centimeters deep and is ideal for children who can play in complete safety using the equipment of our facility.

Cancellation policy

1 - All cancellation must be received in writing, by e-mail.
2 - If the holiday is canceled within 7 days from the due date, the deposit will be not refundabled, however will give you the opportunity to use it to stay with an amount equal to or higher than the one canceled to be spent in the Agriturismo in the following 3 months from the holiday cancelled, previous availability.
3 - For any cancellation within 6 days from the due date , the deposit will be kept by Casale degli Olmi.
4 - For any cancellation within 3 days from the due date , you will be required to pay in full for the holiday period booked.
5 - Shortening your stay , or a "no-show", will still require a full payment of the holiday booked.

Check-in after 17:00; check- out within 10:00.
