Cancellation policy
1 - All cancellation must be received in writing, by e-mail.
2 - If the holiday is canceled within 7 days from the due date, the deposit will be not refundabled, however will give you the opportunity to use it to stay with an amount equal to or higher than the one canceled to be spent in the Agriturismo in the following 3 months from the holiday cancelled, previous availability.
3 - For any cancellation within 6 days from the due date , the deposit will be kept by Casale degli Olmi.
4 - For any cancellation within 3 days from the due date , you will be required to pay in full for the holiday period booked.
5 - Shortening your stay , or a "no-show", will still require a full payment of the holiday booked.
Check-in after 17:00; check- out within 10:00.
